No , I think it's more like half of the hair , a little more than the tips. I read on a report that her hair is ombré.

Yeah that's how it started off then nearly everyone got it so it looked like bad roots :') which I don't get because you might aswell go the full colour

It depends on the condition of your hair and weather is got colour in it etc.too. the ombre look can be created as high or low on the head as needed it just requires a stylist whos good with free hand creative colour work. khloes hair is in amazing condition too. she probably spends a lot on the best products too keep that up.
