So recently I got the herbal essences touchable smooth duo
Have any of you tried it. If so, can you tell me if its good for
A) mild cases of dandruff?
B) making hair soft and smooth?
C) ok for a 12-13 year old?

It really depends on your hair.
My mother when she uses it her hair gets worse and it doesn't affect my hair at all.

Honestly, if you have to use a drug store brand of products go for Aussie, Organix, Nexxus, Tresemme, etc. They are some of the better drug store options. Stay clear away from Herbal Essences, Garnier, Suave and basically everything that is like than $5. It seriously won't do you any favors.
