Hi I really want matte nails but I don't have a top coat thats matte so is there any way I can make it WITHOUT corn starch?

I got this from Michelle Phan put a coat of nailpolish and while it's still wet put it over steam so maybe boil somthing in advanced like water in a pot or teakettle

This one is purple but they have other colors this is a drugstore product but you to find it at any its relatively cheap about six to nine dollars its very matte

Just use steam! It's so easy :) apply a coat and let it dry, then on your second coat, hold it over steam while it's still wet!
