My friend's 14th birthday is coming up and I have no idea what to get her. I wanted to get her makeup but she doesn't wear ANY and I mean NONE AT ALL. I asked her if she wanted anything and she keeps on putting me off. What should I get her? Btw, her style is hipsterish and she wears a lot of scarves. Any help at all will be appreciated. :)
