Vaseline is same as using mascara. It is same effect and because of it jelly thickness it can clog your eye pores and give you an eye infection.

Well it can give you an eye infection IF you use to much, using just a little bit to thinly coat the tops of your lashes will be great. You can probably use a q-tip or disposable mascara wands to apply a teeny tiny amount. Hope I helped clarify!

I condition my lashes with Argan oil every night and it makes my lashes so much thicker and longer :3.
