Wen I was in 7th grade I had it to my butt so I guess it took like 3 years since I cut down my hair wen I was in fourth grade to my shoulders. But who knows everyone is different genetics counts to but you should let it grow it would suit you.

I had my hair about an inch and a half shorter than yours in seventh grade and it was to my butt at the beginning of ninth grade so it took mine 2 years but my hair grows really fast so it depends on how fast yours grows. I got mine cut to the same length as yours in July and its already a little lower than mid back :)

Hair grows with about 12 cm in a year, so you can count that out for yourself :)
