Black Going Blonde Hair Help??

How strong would the bleach need to be to get that blonde out of hair that has been self bleached once in the past month or 2 with a diy kit at home? currently my hair is on the reddish copperish side (yep typical asian hair that turns copper/orange when bleached)
also is there a proper term for hair parted and dyed like this that hair dressers will get? I'll probably show them the pic too but it would be helpful to have a proper term for it.

Definitely go to the hairdresser or it will look sooo yellow... :)

I don't color my hair, but I would personally recommend a hair dresser.
