Seriously what does it do?? Everywhere people are saying it makes the hair look like, they just came from a beach! I mean what does it mean. Is the hair wet, salty, frizzy?? How is it good? :/ please tell me what's the big deal.

It gives you texture and loose wavy hair. I think there's coconut in it which is good for the hair. It's a frizzy look, not wet but you can apply it to either wet or dry hair. It's a great way to sport bohemian hair styles.
