How often do you guys apply heat to your hair??

When I used to wear extensions everyday-I heat styled daily to blend them! I stopped wearing them about 6 months ago and I've probably heat styled my hair two times since then.

I apply heat maybe once a week, at the most. The less you do, the more healthy your hair will be. And never forget the heat protection. Even if your blow drying it, spray your hair while it's damp.

I have very long coarse kinky hair. One week I'll apply heat to my hair (blow dryer/flat irons) & the next I'll go completely natural with none. It grows faster that way (: especially when trimming
