I apply heat daily! And surprisingly my hair is super healthy! But it takes a lot of up keep and I don't advise anyone to really use heat daily. Some months I'll wear my hair naturally wavy though.

A few times a week, though I make sure to use a good quality straightener and heat protector. I use a karmin g3 straightener and since it's professional it doesn't damage my hair at all.

I have course curly hair and I use to straighten it everyday now I spend my days crying because I look like a scarcrow 😐 I used heat protectant SOMETIMES and now I just can't get my hair to grow wheater I cut it or leave it curly.
