Best eyeliner for waterline.

I use inglot gel liner in 77 on my water line, most pencil liners smudge down my cheek in about an hour but this one I could wear for 12 hours at a time and it doesn't move, I bought a set of eyeliner brushes on ebay that were like 12 for 3 bucks and use those. it helps keep the liner clean and last longer in the container.
