I am looking for an eyeliner for the waterline. I have tried cream eyeliner and pencil liner, I have always set them with an eyeshadow, but 2 hours later they have slid off! What are you favorite eyeliner for the waterline?

I always use liquid. I just pull my lid away from my eye, put it on then wait a couple seconds for it to try and put my lid back!

Surprisingly, jordana liquid eyeliner pencil is great! it's super longlasting! it's a pencil eyeliner for $3.

I used rimmle cream eye liner or top shop cream eye liner. I find using pencil eye liner then putting on cream and then using pencil makes the eye liner stay

For the waterline I use urban decay 24/7 eyeliner pencil
but a good liquid pen is Jesse's Girl from Walgreen about $5 and its waterproof

Just wanted to chime in that the Rimmel Scandaleyes liner still smudges on me, I had heard good things about that one too... my little sister loves it, but she wears less makeup than I do overall. I think sometimes wearing other products, like undereye concealer, makes liner smudge/run more. Good luck, us know if you find something amazing!
