My favorite setting spray is Urban Decay's All Nighter. The smaller bottle is 12 and the large one is 30 but I think they may still be having a sale on urbandecay.com for 18 for all setting sprays. Whenever I use it, it keeps my makeup on all day or night. It's like a freeze spray. They also have Dew Me and De Slick, for dry skin and oily skin. What it does is it takes out too much moisture or adds it in and sets your makeup! Love them so much!
For primer, I'm not quite sure. I want the color correcting one from Smashbox but it's not cheap at all. The two I have right now are elf mineral face primer and I think it's Loreal Magic Lumi face primer. I honestly wouldn't get either one if I were you, the elf one ran out in two days/got clogged up and magi lumi started giving off water and wasn't working properly for me. Hope I helped!

My favorite setting spray is urban decay all nighter but for a more affordable option I like elf mist & set. As far as primers ulta pro has a matte primer that I adore

I am also an Urban Decay All Nighter fan. I have used the E.L.F. and it's okay. Favorite primer that you can buy in stores is Philosophy - The Present. If you are willing to order and wait for it, my favorite is EmbryoLisse Lait-Crème Concentrè, which is a moisturizer and primer in one.
