I need a good hairspray that will hold my curls in. But not really stiff where I can't flip it over my sholders.

Sebastian Shaper; it's dry brushable hair styling hairspray, I use it for beach waves, straight hair, crimping, and curls. IM INLOVE WITH IT! Hope this helps (it really works)
