I've posted this question 2 times already and I really need an answer..hopefully 3rd times the charm.

Okay so my birthday is in 9 days and my mom wants to throw me a sweet 16 and then my boyfriend wants to cook me dinner, can any of you girls help me figure out what I should wear that's cute and fun, also some ideas for my hair?
