I just bought the Tresemme Platinum Strength shampoo, the Lee Stafford hair growth treatment and I'm already using the Aussie colour mate shampoo to maintain my coloured blonde hair as I won't be colouring it anymore. I need to grow my hair about 4 inches fast (in maybe 6 months?) but I know that'll be hard to do. You girls got any tips for me? Thanks :)

Take biotin it works. my hair was up to my neck when I cut it now its to the middle of my back. It helps hair growth, nail growth and stronger nails, skin, and your heart. I take 2-3pills once a week or twice. but it makes hair grow everywhere

Also drink plenty of water, eat healthy, exercise, and don't apply heat to your hair!

My hair grows an inch a month I don't do anything specail, I think the only thing that will make your hair grow that fast is genetics
