My hair is thin and naturally straight, and it just won't hold curls. I've tried curling it with a wand, curling iron, and a straightner and nothing works. Not even hairspray! :/ it straightens back out in about 10 minutes... any ideas? :(

That used to be a big problem with me but then I brought this foam stuff that you put on your hair before you curl it and it honestly makes perfect curls, I'll put up a picture qhen I get home, it may be by loreal Paris I really can't remember but it is honestly amazing and the curls stay all day.

You can use moose, then if that doesn't help curl it when it dries. Then lots of hair spray.

I have the same problem! Stick straight hair. When I do curl my hair though, I pin them up in bobby pins for 20 minutes (if that makes any sense) then I use a Legit a whole can of hair spray 🎀

Products are the key...Wash with a volumizing shampoo like Fekkai Volumizing Shampoo and use half the conditioner you usually would. Apply a root booster/thickening product like Amplify By Matrix Volumizing, apply a texturizer like Bumble and bumble Surf Spray, apply mousse like Phyto Pro Intense Volume Mousse, use a heat protector such as Pantene's Fine Hair Style Heat Protector. Make sure whatever your using to curl (I would use a flat iron) has ceramic plates or a ceramic barrel and remember the bigger the barrel the bigger the curl. Section hair off into small sections to allow heat to penetrate, use hairspray that is flexible but holds like Aveda Controlforce Firm Hold Hair Spray, Spray each curl as you go.

You might not have a high enough heat setting or you can try heatless curls they actually last a long time if you keep them overnight

And okay thanks! I just was wondering because I want it to look as natural as possible, plus my boyfriend always plays with my hair so I want it to be soft :)

I use heated rollers by conair. They don't damage your hair like wands and barrels do.
Usually I dampen the bottom half of my hair with a leave in conditioner, and apply them... they'll stay this way for about 3-4 days. ( Idk if it can go longer because I kept my curls for 3-4 days. )

I use no. Heat curlers and leave them in over night cause curls don't want to hold in my hair either and I think the curlers that I put in at night works really well

I don't dry my hair (let it dry naturally) and then put no heat curlers in overnight. Xx

Braid it like put you hair in sections and braid it.
