I prefer white on darker skin tones and black on lighter mainly because I love the contrast so absolutely! Black looks good too but I like a nice contrast :)

Well,I have to disagree Banashi,tough maybe you're right.
I just love to see someone pale rocking blacks,deep red,purple and blue...but,I don't like neons and pasteles on pale skin.On the other side,I prefer bright colors on tanned skin,including white.So yes,I think white nailpolish against tan skin looks great :)
