Hair and outfit help please!

I'm unsure of how to wear this sweater. All of my sweaters are oversized, this one fits perfectly. Should I wear my dark wash high waisted jeans or black leggings? Also, what would be nice for hair? I was either thinking my naturally straight hair, wavy, or a messy high ponytail. Thanks! :)

Well,I would do jeans,combats n messy bun as one comb,and leggings,uggs/sneakers and natural hair as another.Tough not really sure about dressing it up,maybe try skater skirt,or something stronger,like leather,just kinda tucked in if its not so thick.
Lol I ramble a lot
