Should I go platinum blonde?

I have always loved platinum blonde hair, thinking like the 1970's Debbie Harry. I want to have mine bleached, but I am nervous it won't look right on me. I have very fair skin with freckles and blue eyes.
I attached a picture of me and a friend (haha I'm the blonde one) that shows my natural hair color.

I think if you want to do it go for it, I'm naturally redhead and I could still wear it so you should definitely be able+ if it makes you happy that's what matters. :)

I personally wouldn't.
I went pretty close to platinum blonde & the "dumb blonde" jokes were nonstop :/ I even dyed my hair brown because of it.
if you really want to then by all means, do it! but I personally wouldn't because of my experience >.<

Bleach can be sooooo damaging. Maybe add some platinum highlights on a dark blonde base color instead :)

If honestly ease into it. It can be a lot of stress on your hair (depending hair type and what not) try getting full head highlights done by a professional, (totally wish I could do it :( haha) and go from there.
