What's your favorite professional (Matrix, Redken, Paul Mitchell, etc.) shampoo and conditioner? I've been using the Loreal 5 and my hair does feel a bit soft, but not really as strong and healthy as I had hoped. Suggestions?

I use Matrix and I'd say it does a decent job, but since my hair is thick and a little coarse sometimes I always put Moroccan oil in my hair after so on it own I have no idea.
