I use too faced lip insurance, fill my lips in completely with liner, and then put my lipstick on. But my lipstick always feathers on the edges and wears out in the middle of my bottom lip! How can I make it stay better?!?!? I even have this problem with lip tars.

I have very dry lips and used to have the same problem until I started using VS PRO SMOOTH FX LIP SCRUB & BALM every morning, and also found a great primer from Sallys beauty supply called Femme Couture natural primer, I find this primer better then too faced or UD. Also I stopped the lipliner with regular lipsticks and just use a lip brush to apply the lipstick instead of the tube itself. The only time I wear lipliner is with lipgloss.

fill in your lips with a lip liner first then apply your lipstick on top, also.. matte lipsticks tend to last longer

try putting natural coloured concealer around the edges of your lips like a liner but take it to the outside of your lips aswell as insides and all over your lips then apply your lipstick then if you would like apply a little bit of translucent powder over your lipstick with a cotton pad i find it works everytime for clients and myself :)

Sometimes if you put on too much lipstick it can cause the color to bleed.

Line your lips, apply lipstick, blot & reapply. Also try lining the edges of your lips with a concealer same color as your skin. That should help.
