I have makeup remover but my mascara never seems to completely come off... How should I get it to all come off? And do you know of any good makeup remover wipes? Thanks :)

Nuetragina makes some really good wipes that get everything off.

Neutrogena wipes are good. But also maybe it is the mascara, try out other mascaras to see if that is the source of the problem.
