Alright my cousin needs fashion advice! he wants to wear this long sleeved Polo shirt & bow tie but has no idea what kind of shoes or pants. help him out?

Khaki pants and Brown dress shoes. :) does he have a different bow tie or shirt because (from what I can tell looking at the picture) the patterns clash a little. I don't intend to be mean :( but yup khakis and dress shoes! hope this helps
