Can someone tell me how I should be applying my eyeliner so that my eyes appear larger? They always seem so small when I'm smiling.

Use white on your water line. and bring your top liner into the top of your tear duct area if that makes sense. also a bolder wing will make them appear large.

White eyeliner on the water line and don't use anything to dark on your lower lashline. hope it works for you. You are stunning!!
