Can you wear blush over concealer instead of powder or foundation?

Of course you can~ Blush does not change if you put it on any of those bases. The only thing is that on each, the color or texture could be a little different. But of course you can~ No fret. ^^

YES! I wear only primer then concealer. I never use foundation anymore because the concealer I have makes my skin look flawless!
