I want my hair shirt but it has to go in a bun for ballet. I have a idea but should I go short or stay longer?

I do ballet too, and you should ask your teacher if it's ok, if you really want your hair short… go for it! A girl in my class has short hair in tiny braids and she never has it in a bun

Ugh I so hear you I have layered hair and if I want to to stay up I have to use one of those elastic headbands and hook that it place with like three hair clips. Once I get it up it does stay, so that's an idea if you do cut it.
