I want really long hair but I don't know how to make it grow. What's a good shampoo and conditioner to use and other products and ideas to help make it grow please help.

This is something that I do every night when I am in the shower. When you wash your hair first spread the shampoo evenly over your hair, then massage your hair with shampoo with the tips of your fingers. DONT USE YOUR NAILS! And that actually helps thicken and grow your hair longer and faster ;)

This might sound bad but I only wash my hair twice a week. the natural oils in your hair it what keeps it healthy and stimulates growth. I use dry shampoo in between washes to keep it fresh. try not to use straightners, curling irons etc.every day and when your drying your hair put it to a cool setting and then get vitamins for skin hair and nails. I've been doing everything I've told an my hair has grown from shoulder length to this in 16 months :-)

Key to hair is that health is important. Of course there are certain vitamins like biotin you can take. But your hair needs to be healthy first. Make sure that you don't wash your hair everday, use excessive heat without protecting your hair, this might sounds silly but if you flip your hair over and brush the back it helps too. It's not a quick change but hair growth usually gets noticeable 2 to 3 months.

First of all, try to lead a less stressed life, sleep 8 hours each night and stay hydrated. Then do a hydrating treatment once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to moisturize your hair and make it healthy. Castor oil works for growth.
