I have an issue that as soon as I curl my hair it looks frizzy and dull :( it will be sleek and shiny when its blow dryed, but for whatever reason gets kinda frizzy and dull looking once I finish curling it. I try putting the chi silk infusion or garnier argon oil before and/or after and it doesn't help! what should I do? I use the remington t studio pearl curling wand.

Maybe you should try heatless curls.

The same happens to me. if I get sections of have and twist them, then go over them with a straightener I get nice curls that aren't frizzy.

Maybe you can use an anti-frizz before!

It could be the wand your using that's causes the frizz. More expensive Wands and flat irons have ions in them that help eliminate frizz and dry hair. Usually drugstore hair tools don't have the same ion effect hence the cheaper price. Also try using a different oil. An oil by Rusk is what I use and it helps eliminate any frizz for me. Hope this helps.

It could be the wand or you need a shine serum to put in after you finish. I use an argan oil heat protector by pro naturals that makes my hair pretty soft and shiny, just a few drops before and after styling is enough.
