Which ones should I get.. those foamy straw looking thing or a wand??

The foamy ones usually have a tighter curl but with a wand you can do what ever kind if curl you want. If I were you, I'd go for the wand.

I would say the foam straws, since you Can get them in many different sizes, and therefore different kind of curls. + it's a lot healthier for your hair because it's heatless :)
