Two if my friends used to have short stubby lashes but they trimmed their eyelashes at the tips a bit...and a few months later, their eyelashes are so long and thick now. Should I trim my eyelashes a bit too? Does anyone know anything about this?

Oh no way! Its a myth that trimming helps growth. It just gets rid of dead ends, be it your scalp or eyes because hair grows from the root not the tip. Try using castor oil. Tried and tested. :)

I've heard that this is a myth. Unless you've seen the difference in their lashes yourself, I wouldn't to it.

No please. I was young and stupid and tried even if my lashes are pretty long and thick... No effect and they grow out pretty slow. Better use some oil to make the roots stronger and don't put makeup on if you stay home or don't really need it:-)

Ps it could be an illusion because the ends of lashes are usually bleached by sun an invisible without mascara. If you want go to salon and dye them darker:-)

Don't!! I did that years ago n never grow back. Months ago I decide to make a fish diet, I ate fish once at day for like 3 weeks until I notice the difference and like 8 weeks later I could say they grow back and even longer, also my hair was very shinny. I tried take omega pills and doesn't works like ate fresh. Make a diet high on omega3,6 and you will see the difference, I promise for my eye lashes :))
