Definitely green shadow or green eyeliner, with some quick lip color. It's not to much but just right

Honestly, anything makes brown eyes pop because brown doesn't have a competing color. But a nice black liner and a bold lippy are always fun.

My favorite thing to do is a neutral lid and bold lip. I personally love to use NYX runway collection in caviar and bubbles palette it has a lot of neutrals but I love how they make my eyes pop! (I have brown eyes )

Do a more neutral lid and then use a purple or blue liner to create a cat eye. It makes the brown in your eyes pop so much more.
