My nails are short and dirty how can I get them back to a clean and long look.

Just take care of them. Use hardening and strengthening nail polishes, buy or make cuticle balm, and drink water. Hope this helps :)

Clean and clip them. Rub oil into your cuticles and keep them moisturized. Hope that helps!

Clean them daily
Keep your cuticles pushed back
Apply cuticle oil a couple times a week
Keep them trimmed and filed neatly
Apply strengthening polish as a base coat
