Don't brush your hair wet, don't use heat without protection, don't color your hair too much, deep condition once a week, when you shampoo just focus on the roots, when you rinse it out it will clean the ends of your hair. some shampoos can weaken your ends. start off with a good haircut and try to maintain that, you can't fix split ends once you have them.
