I would sugget you an updo to make the look more festive, long but very simple earrings because the dress has a very active print, or statment necklace and simple earrings, but without belt. Maybe a big ring... But it depends on your style, budget etc... There are a lot of different options:-)

Yeah the dress came without a belt, but I found it gave my body more shape when I added one. I don't have a red belt but I can always go buy one. I love that blue necklace Diana! And those shoes are gorgeous Shanaya!

Ps if you'll decide to go with the belt I advice you to make some loops for it using black tread, otherwise the belt will fall while dancing:-)
