Hi guys, keeping this short and sweet:
I am looking for a nail polish that I can buy that works like a gel polish (ie CAN NOT be taken off just with normal nail polish remover. HAS to be soaked off)
BUT: I do not want to have to set the polish with a UV light or any fancy tricks. I basically want to paint my nails like normal and have to soak them to take it off.
Is there a relatively inexpensive polish I can buy IN STORES that actually works?

Nutra has a no UV light gel polish at sephora. It has mixed reviews. But the ASP has a product called a All Season Light Less gel kit at Sally. It's get nails without the UV Light not a polish. But it has really good reviews
