Do oil your hair with coconut or olive oil. it surely work on me. and the combination of both is bonus... apply for 30 min and you will love it.

Rince your hair with cold water after your shower. Heat is bad for hair so try to limit it or to cool it down after(your hair dryer should have a 'cool' setting). Don't over brush, only use a nut of shampoo and conditioner.

Eat healthy, keep it conditioninged, get routine hair treatments, no permanent chemicals, little to no heat, trim (not cut) ends as needed.

You've heard this before in the previous comments... USE COCONUT OIL! It really really helps! I have thin hair and it gets destroyed so easily and after doing a coconut oil treatment once every week for 30 min, you really feel a difference in a few weeks.
