Yes you can do a lighter brown. I lighten my hair in the beginning of the year every year. If my skin tone can pull it off, yours can. (This emoji is because my brows were horrible. I used to do then sooo thick lol) how you go about doing it depends on if you're doing with on your real hair or extensions.
