So with make up, I suck. I look terribke in eye shadow and I have really small eye lashes, also, which is better liquid ir pencil eyeliner?

Depends... Everyones different
But I do say pencil for bottom is easier (I use it for top as I have monolids)
Liquid is much easier for top!
Takes practice to get the "perfect" eyeliner :)

It's really your own preference for the eyeliner. Both are good. Just never use liquid eye liner for your water line. It'll get into your eye.
Eyeshadow try natural colors. I don't look good with eye shadow unless it is a natural color.
For eyelashes I do not now.

Do you have small eyes? if so, liquid. it's more precise and comes out thinner than pencil, and if you have small eyes you definitely don't want thick lines. if you have somewhat big eyes, then pencil.

For makeup wise, just do something simple!! No need for ass load of eyeshadow anyways!
Try: concealer for coverage
Lip stain or tint
Mascara
MAYBE a peach cream blush
And eyeliner is optional

To make your eyes look bigger try some white liner. you want to make them more rounded as well so focus liner on the outer corners only. don't bring it all the way across. curl your lashes too. instant eye opener. brown liners are good if you want a more natural look. thats really the only difference between black and brown in my opinion. make sure and have well groomed eyebrows too. add a little bit of a highlight color underneath your eyebrow arch too. and be careful not to angle your liner from your top lid at a downward angle on your outer corner. that makes the eyes look droopy. if shadows arent for you, focus more on lashes then. try fake lashes, they are so much fun. apply the eyelash adhesive directly on your top lashline wait 10 sec and just plop the lashes on and press lightly. you will look gorgeous!
