What is the best product for some who's in need of some serious damage repair??

Redken All Soft shampoo and Redken Intense Moisture conditioner are good products to use. Healthy Sexy Hair's leave in conditioner works amazing also. You need moisture in it and All Soft has lots of it! Also look for stuff that has keratin (protein). You need lots of moisture if you put protein in your hair because you can over do it and cause breakage.

An apple cider vineger final rinse is great for clarifying the hair of product buildup, coconut oil throughout the hair then saran wrapped before bed is great for softness and shine, cut off any damaged ends you may have because once they are split, you can't fix them, hair is dead after-all and put a leave in conditioner in your hair after your shower, just on the ends. avoid heat tools, especially in winter and use a heat protector at all times!!

I bought the monoi oil by carol's daughter at sephora. My hair was really damaged from coloring and heat tools. You just need one pump on damp hair...overnight I noticed a huge difference and my hair hasn't looked or felt this great in years! It's only 25.00 too!

Every couple of weeks I do a hair mask of apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and honey.
baking soda is great for removing buildup...just add some to shampoo when you wash.
