I'm looking into getting this Foundation But I really want to know what you guys think of it? Is it really that good as it claims? I have a lot of redness on my cheeks and it seems to peek out in all foundations I have tried. Do you think it will do the job and stay in place??

I know a lot of people really love it but it didn't work too well for me personally, I have oily skin and for me it seemed to encourage my skin to misbehave

I have been using the double wear foundation for over 2 years and its still my favorite foundation. It is a full coverage foundation and it works perfectly to covers up any acne scaring I have so it should defiantly cover your redness. I also use this for everyday wear and it stays put thorough out the day for me, I just have to put a translucent powder over it, because it can can a bit oily as the day goes on buy besides that its amazing.

I tried samples of the double wear but it can be tricky to apply/blend! If you apply too much it can be cakey,and patchy so you have to use a beautyblender or real techniques expert face brush for blending.though its pretty awesome for it longevity I prefer the doublewear light,its medium coverage and staying power is awesome too! As for redness you might wanna try the IT cosmetics bye bye redness.you can apply it before or after foundation! I have a lot of redness from occasional breakouts and pimple scars but this thing covers it like a dream!

I really liked it. It looked amazing on. I used it for a hot weather weekend. It lasted through all the sweat and dirt. It is one of my top foundations.

I use double wear and it's amazing I also have a lot of redness and I use a green concealer to cancel it out underneath my double wear but combined no redness shows overall it's pretty amazing.

There are two different double wear..I like the blue tube double wear camouflage maximum face and body coverage.

Double wear and MUFE mat velvet are my hg foundations. I have sensitive skin and it doesn't break me out, the coverage is amazing, and it blends perfectly.

The smash box posted by Annmarie is the one I use and it does work well for redness and with the double wear. As alma says there are two, the stay in place double wear is good and lasts long but if you need a better coverage then the camouflage is better, more so if you have acne scarring. Both are great foundations and I've used both and continue to stay with double wear products

I loved Estée Lauder double wear. It stayed put no matter what weather, covered my imperfections beautifully and made my skin look flawless.
Then, they changed the shades and I lost my shade so, I and use it anymore. :'(
Btw, it does have a smell to it which is pretty strong. If you are sensitive to smells, this may give you a headache.

I didn't get on with the Estée Lauder double wear light, didn't give enough coverage for me personally :) I swear by the double wear foundation though!:)
