I think she means like Chinese girls because their eyes have a different shape, I would look up eyeliner shapes online.

Asians (especially koreans) are always going natural..they apply just a bit eyeliner on top pf their upper lashline..but,if you like the ''puppy eye'' look,you should drag your wing slightly downwards,instead of upwards.there are some good tutorials on.youtube that show you how to do it,even if you don't have asian eyes(hooded-monolid) :)
