Natural lighting (like in front of a window)
Don't look down into the camera, instead slightly up or chin level
Smile naturally, don't force one

Always look up at the camera. That helps a lot since I look weird in pictures ha. If you're in front of like the sun or some natural light rather than an edit that helps too.
