My lids look really wrinkled when I use shimmery shadows. It seems like a lot of the big name brands are discontinuing their matte palettes. Any suggestions for under $20?

The lorac pro pallet has half mattes and half shimmer, it's such an awesome pallet.

I bought the naked 2 by urban decay I love the pigment in it, but I feel the same way , I see more wrinkles as we'll. might have to try the Lorac. But are the cheaper matte shadows as good?

Next week Ulta has the Lorac Pro Palette with the Pro liquid eye liner and eye shadow primer for only 39$. I know it's twice your budget but it's a great deal!

NYX matte singles...I believe they are $5.99 each at ULTA but worth giving them a try since they work within your budget.

Thanks everyone. I have the urban decay 2 but I'm not totally thrilled with the colors. I honestly think I miight have been scammed cuz I ordered it from ebay and the colors arent really anything special to me but everyone else seems to love them! I would like to try some of the really good brands but I'm staying home raising our son for a little while, hence the low budget) I figure I'm going to have to start buying from actual stores from here on out. I got scammed with some mac pigments too lol.

You can always use your bed bath and beyond coupon at Harmon and get NYX or wet n wild

O and you can get great elf kits at target and walmart some times even Walgreen has them to some times. I paid 15 last year for 144 colors it was a great mix

@emily I went to ulta today and saw this. the eyeshadows are soooo nice! Thanks so much for the mention. Ill have to save up for it but at least I know which one I want to get!
