It looks like you got a floor burn to me. I get them all the time during volleyball and I'll sometimes burn my shin. When I do that it looks exactly like what yours does. it goes away pretty quick.

If it is itchy, it could be a reaction to something you touched. I've had contact allergic reactions that made perfect patterns like that. Hydrocortisone cream works wonders for things like that.
If it doesn't go away, see a doctor. It could be a rash, a burn, a reaction, or even an infection (some parasites and bacteria can cause geometric rashes).
