I have been trying to get smooth shiny hair. Since it has been lookig dull and frizzy latley. I have tried so many different things. I have washed my hair differently, stopped using heat, and nothing seems to work. My hair is also naturally curly which doesn't help with the frizz. What can I do??

I know keratin shampoos can help, my hair is especially curly and frizzy and I use a shampoo and conditioner by Cocoa keratin, then some argan oil on damp hair to make it look smoother and less frizzy.
