There's a pill literally called hair, skin, and nails. Use shampoo on only your scalp and deep condition on your ends. Make sure you stay hydrated (for both your skin and hair)

No heat, vitamin, lotss of water, eat healthy, put an oil on your hair (Moroccan-after you shower on your wet hair, Coconut oil-melt&put on, pin up, get in shower THEN shampoo and condition as usual)... :)

Give your scalp a massage every day for 10 minutes and flip your head upside down for about 2 minutes to get the blood circulating around the follicles. Healthy, nourishing hair masks, are a must, I use one called pro naturals Moroccan argan oil hair mask, it’s very moisturizing and it makes your hair really healthy. Also, get regular trims to prevent split ends and encourage healthy growth.
