Her bangs have that lift because her hair is flipped to the opposite side than to how she usually has her bangs if that makes any sense. What you could do is lightly tease the base of your bangs and smooth it over so it looks like hers.

And to get the little flicks in her hair, when straightening your hair just turn the ends out a little towards you so the hair is not completely straight

Wrap the top of your bangs around an ovaly (I don't know the name,oops) and pull it up and out while you blow dry :) do it with the end of your hair too!
