Surprisingly Bed Bath & Beyond, their prices are cheaper than Walmart on most things and you can use their 20% coupons as well as manufacturer coupons.

Walmart and Target. But there are brands you can only get at certain places. For example you can only get Hard Candy at Walmart and Elf at Target.

Harmon, sometimes located in Bed Bath and Beyond, is awesome. They have a website, but I miss the actual store so much. I live in CA and I have nightmares about going back to The NYC area and not getting a chance to hit Harmon.

ELF is also at select walgreens especially around christmas time. Ulta is amazing though and the girls in there are always really nice.

Ulta has a free rewards program so you can always have a store coupon and know about specials (boho, ect.). They also combine w manufacturer coupons and regularly have coupons in Allure!
