What eyeliner brush do you use to get a crisp line with your gel liner? The shorter the bristles the better? I am open for suggestions. thanks!

I don't use gel but if you're willing to go for a great liquid liner try the physicians formula lash booster liner in ultra black, the brush provides a crisp line every time and you can also make some really thin lines. It doesn't flake or smudge, especially if you can Find the waterproof one!

My Sephora Pro Angled Liner brush is my favorite! I use Bobbi Brown black gel liner and the line is so perfect every time :) It is a slanted brush :)

I use Real Techniques fine liner brush. I was never a fan of angled eyeliner brushes for some reason. They also have a thicker one called the pixel point eyeliner brush but as far as I know it only comes in the eye brush set, I don't believe it can bw purchased individually yet. I prefer the fine liner brush because you can get a thin line or a thick line, the pixel point one is a little hard to get a thin line with so its not as versatile in my opinion.

I've tried the Elf brush and Physicians Formula (which is actually good for learning). Unfortunately I'm still searching for a good gel liner brush. Good LUCK hun. Maybe it's time for me to come out of my cheap mode. LOL.
